Congratulation to this year’s Awardees!

The Lustration ceremony also featured a special tribute to Rev. Pam Frey. The Lustration of the Ancestors honors those Correllians who are in Spirit. As part of the ceremony the names of any Correllians who have died in the previous year are read aloud and honored. Rev. Pam Frey had Crossed into Spirit not long before Lustration, and a special altar was set up to her honor, and blue feathers were worn in token of respect for her. Rev. Pam Frey was also awarded posthumous Third Degree standing. May the blessing be upon Rev Pam Frey HP as she walks among the Ancestors!

The final event of the weekend was of a more private and personal nature: the wedding of Chad and Lori Blackman. The marriage took place in the Temple room with Rev Sherry Cooper HP presiding and many leading Correllians including the First Priesthood as celebrants. It was a beautiful occasion long to be remembered.

We are very grateful to all who came to this years Lustration of the Ancestors and Hallowing ceremony, and to all those who worked so hard to make this weekend possible! Thank you and many blessings to you always!
