Lustration was hosted by Sacred Arts Temple, of the Washington, DC,
area, who did a marvelous job with it. Temple Head Rev. Mark Crewson and
Co-Head Rev. Sapphire, and all the members of Sacred Arts, worked very
hard to ensure a wonderful event for everyone. Their many months of
planning and organization came to fruition in one of the most beautiful
Lustrations ever. The inspiring natural beauty of Prince William Forest, Virginia, formed a splendid backdrop to the pageantry of the Lustration and reminded us throughout of the importance of our connection to the Earth.

People came from far and wide to attend the event -though certainly Rev. Yoko, Head of the Correllian Order of Translators, came farthest, having traveled all the way from Uruguay to be there. Rev. Tatum Salem also journeyed far to join us from Mexicalli, Mexico, while Rev. Terry Power came to us from Barbados. Many others also traveled great distances to attend including the highly respected Mentor Rev. Ing Witch who came all the way from New Boston, Texas, and Rev. Holly Winterberry from Florida. The kitchen staff under Rev. Mykol produced prodigious quantities of amazing food, generally agreed to be the best ever served at Lustration -including delectable filet mignon and other delights. ![]() Above: Rev. Mykol of host Temple Sacred Arts |

And as always there were many initiations throughout the weekend. A special cabin was set aside for initiation ceremonies, reached through a woodland trail. It was set apart from the main campsite, making the initiations very private. |
